Wide Grip Landmine Bar Attachment

Our Solo Wide Grip Landmine Bar Attachment is designed for use with a standard Olympic barbell (50mm diameter sleeve) and landmine or core plate attachment. 

By slotting this attachment over the sleeve of the barbell (before you add plates) it opens up a wide range of possibilities for training with a landmine.

This is a great piece of equipment for adding variety to your training at home or in a smaller studio.
