Shipping policy
Lead Time
Our standard lead time for dispatching orders, is 2 working days. However, for made-to-order items, our lead time for delivery can be up to three weeks from confirmation of your order. Made-to-order lead times are shown in the checkout, but if you are in doubt, please just get in touch.
We will always be completely honest and transparent when communicating lead times and expected delivery dates for orders, and where possible we always aim to deliver products ahead of schedule.

Delivery Methods
Depending on the shape and size of your order, we will either ship via a courier or via the pallet network.
Pallet Delivery
Pallet deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. These are kerbside only. We advise having two bodies available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries.
We will email you the scheduled delivery information 48 hours before delivery. Please let us know ASAP if this is unsuitable and you won't be able to take delivery at this time. For each failed delivery, we need to charge a redelivery fee of £25.00.
In-Home Delivery Service
Where pallet deliveries are to the kerbside. Our In-Home delivery service will bring your equipment into your home to a room of your choosing. This service is a little more expensive but ideal if you're unsure you'll be able to lift the goods.
Courier Delivery
Lighter items will be delivered via a traditional parcel courier. Our couriers are following social distancing measures and ensure orders get to our customers safely.
Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a tracking link so you can check the progress of your delivery.
Requesting Delayed Delivery
If you are looking for an extended delivery time or for us to delay the dispatch of your order please get in touch via our Contact Form.
Local Collection
If you would prefer, we can make your order available for collection at our Southport HQ. Select "Pick Up" at checkout, and we will be in touch to coordinate collection with you. Please note for bulky/heavy items; you may need to check packaged product dimensions/weights to make sure you'll be able to transport the products yourself.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on product size, product weight and shipping address.
Orders bound for areas including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may all be subject to higher delivery charges.
