Freestanding Core Plate Weighted Landmine

Our Solo Freestanding Core Plate is designed for use with a standard Olympic barbell (50mm diameter sleeve). 

By slotting a standard-sized barbell into the base, it opens up a wide range of additional possibilities for training with a barbell and weight plates.

This is a great piece of equipment for adding variety to your training at home or in a smaller studio.
